Sevillano Remodel Project – Laundry Room

This laundry room is one part of the larger Sevillano Remodel Project, a major remodel and addition completed by deHaro Construction in July in Livermore.

The overall project included a full gut renovation of the home along with a substantial rear addition that transformed the layout and functionality of the property. While this post focuses specifically on the laundry room, it is part of a much broader renovation that also included a new great room and kitchen, expanded living spaces, and several other custom features throughout the home.

In this phase of the photo series, we’re highlighting the laundry room, which was thoughtfully created out of the original primary closet. The result is a clean, functional space that supports everyday living while fitting seamlessly into the larger redesign of the home.

This project will be shared in sections over time to showcase the many details that made the full remodel so special. A sincere thank you to the homeowners for their patience and trust throughout the process.
